This report describes Phase II archaeological testing of five historic archaeological sites on Fort Benning in Georgia and Alabama.

The Georgia Transmission Corporation wishes to enhance the existing Nancy Hart 46/12 kV substation in central Hart County. The substation was built in the early 1990s and is located on a 3.44 ac (1.4 ha) tract of land that also contains two transmission lines.
