Between December 10, 2018 and March 6, 2020, Brockington and Associates, Inc. (Brockington) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of the 137.1-mile (220.64-km) Winder-Augusta Fiber Optic Replacement Project corridor on behalf of Georgia Power Company (GPC).
