The project consists of a phase I archaeological survey of the proposed bridge replacement on Old Atlanta Highway over Wahoo Creek.

The project would consist of the construction of a five-foot wide concrete sidewalk within existing shoulders along the south side of Mt. Vernon Highway from Powers Ferry Road to Lake Forrest Drive.

The proposed project includes the construction of a new right turn lane on the southbound approach of Panola Road from Snapfinger Park Drive.

Improvements of existing 4-ft wide sidewalks on both sides of Roswell Road. Project includes new 8-ft wide sidewalks and 8-ft wide strip for landscaping and furniture. Four signalized intersections will be improved with handicap ramps.

A multi-use trail is to be constructed along the west side of this portion of Rogers Bridge Road, between Bell Road and the Chattahoochee River. The existing right-of-way on Rogers Bridge Road is 30 feet.

Cypress Cultural Consultants conducted a 128 acre survey for Whisenhunt Children, Inc in order to locate cultural resources eligible for the National Register of Historic Places. Current plans for the tract involves the development of a residential neighborhood along Uchee Creek.
