The project proposes construction of a connector, on new location, from S.R. 204, Abercorn Street, to S.R. 21 (1-516), Lynes Parkway. The project begins as at a point approximately one mile west of the S.R. 204 crossing of the Little Ogeechee River and terminates at the point where S.R.

The proposed project is the replacement of the Bay Street viaduct, U.S. 17/S.R. 26. The project entails the total replacement of the viaduct and the widening of the existing approaches from a three lane section to a five lane section.

Project F-041-2(32) is the proposed widening of Ga. 21 from the north city limits of Rincon to the junction of Interstate 95. The project corridor is 9.4 miles long and 134 feet wide.

The proposed project will provide an additional passing lane between M.P. 28.5 and 30.9. The project will be completed within the existing 150 feet of rightof-way. A 150 foot corridor was surveyed for the length of the 1.4 mile project.
