Report Abstracts

The following report is a summary of the work completed and the archaeological resources located, for the waterworks improvements project in Darien, Georgia. This report period is from March 20, 1978 to, and including April 17, 1978.

Three archaeological sites, including a human burial, were identified during this reporting period. Discovery of the human burial necessitated the first formal archaeological delay incurred during this project.
