The project will add a signal and restripe the existing pavement on SR35/US319 at the SR 35 Connector (US 84 11 Bypass), where no signal currently exists. The existing and proposed typical sections include 2-12' lanes in each a direction, a 12' RT turn lane, and a 26' paved median.

The proposed project would replace the existing main bridge and overflow structure on County Road 305 over Little Satilla Creek. The main bridge limits begin at milepost 5.96 and end at milepost 6.16 for a total length of 0.20 miles. The structure is located at roadway inventory milepost 6.13.
