The proposed project was originally surveyed with concurrence received in 2002, then reassessed with concurrence received in 2003.

This project is the widening and reconstruction of State Route 9. The project begins at the intersection with SR 141 and extends northeasterly to the intersection with the relocated Atlanta Road/SR 20 south of Cumming.

The proposed original project consisted of the widening and reconstruction of SR 20 in Forsyth County. This project was surveyed by GDOT archeologists and concurrence was received in 1997. Numerous construction easements have since been added to this project, which prompted this survey.

The proposed original project consisted of the reconstruction of the intersection of SR 400 and SR 20 in Forsyth County. This project was surveyed by GDOT archeologists and concurrence was received in 1997.

The proposed project would reconstruct the intersection of State Route 400 and County Road 176 in Forsyth County. The proposed project would move the median cross-over 69 feet south and realign County Road 176 from 61.2 degrees to 75 degrees.

The proposed project would reconstruct the intersection of SR 371 and CR 5 in Forsyth County. Turn lanes will be added to SR 371 north and southbound, and CR Swill be relocated to allow for proper alignment at the intersection.

The original proposed project consists of the widening of SR 141 at CR 50 (Sharon Road) in order to add a left turn lane for the southbound traffic on SR 141 in Forsyth County. The existing right-of-way on SR 141 is approximately 30.5 m (100 ft).

Project NH-056-1(58) would reconstruct the SR 400/SR 20 interchange in Forsyth County. The proposed project would construct an exit ramp from SR 400 northbound to SR 20 eastbound.

Project STP-054-1(47) would widen and reconstruct SR 20 in Forsyth County. The proposed project would begin on SR 20 approximately 335 meters (1100 feet) east of the SR 400/SR 20 intersection and would continue southeasterly to an end point at Samples Road.

The proposed project would reconstruct the intersection of SR 9/SR 20 at Mary Alice Park Road, Baldridge Road, and Meadow Drive. The proposed project on SR 9/SR 20 begins approximately 109.7 meters (360 feet) north and ends approximately 54.8 meters (180 feet) south of Mary Alice Park Road.
