Phase II archaeological testing for National Register of Historic Places eligibility was conducted at sites 9LW52 and 9LW67 (the Tick and Tock sites, respectively), in Lowndes County as part of the land management responsibilities of Moody AFB, Georgia.

As part of the proposed Savannah Harbor Expansion Project, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District will construct a number of mitigation features to compensate for predicted adverse environmental impacts.

New South Associates completed the archaeological survey portion of the Cultural Resource Survey for the bridge replacement on SR 32 over Bear Creek under contract with CDM Smith.

The proposed project would widen SR 3/US 19 in Thomaston, Georgia, in Upson County. The existing roadway is an urban section with two lanes in each direction and a two-way left turn lane on the southern third of the project.

The Halvorsen Development Corporation (Halvorsen) has applied to the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for a permit under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act in order to proceed with its proposed development of the Chateau Village Shoppes in Barrow County, Georgia.

During the period of February 13 through 20,2002, R.S. Webb & Associates conducted a cultural resources survey of the proposed 71.2 hectares [ha (176-acre)] Hamilton Mill Business Park Site in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

On June 8 2009, TRC conducted a cultural resource survey for a parcel less than 10 acres on the southeast side of the new U.S. 27 near the Walker-Catoosa county line. The land is owned in fee by TVA and was purchased for a planned rail line, which is no longer planned.
