The proposed project would consist of the Northeast Monticello Bypass from the intersection of SR 16 north to SR 83. The overall project length would be 3.2 miles. The proposed typical section would be comprised of one 12-ft. travel lane in each direction with 10-ft. grassed shoulders (4-ft.

On June 8–12, 2009, Brockington and Associates, Inc. completed a Phase I cultural resources survey and evaluation of the Plantation Quarry tract near Camak in Warren County, Georgia.
