URS Corporation conducted an archaeological reconnaissance survey of the proposed Camp Creek Trade Center Project in Fulton County, Georgia. The goal of this reconnaissance was to evaluate the potential of the property to contain archaeological resources.

The proposed project would replace the existing bridge on SR 19 at the CSX Railroad 2.8 miles southeast of Dry Branch (see attached location map) due to a low sufficiency rating of 45.06. The project length is approximately 0.56 mile from Mile Point 19.68 to Mile Point 20.24.

This is a brief report on the surveys conducted on the Chicopee Woods Nature Preserve at the Elachee Nature Science Center, Gainesville, Hall County, Georgia (Figure 1) by volunteer members of the Georgia Mountains Archaeological Society (GMAS) meeting at Elachee from 2004-2008.

The present report summarizes a cultural resource survey of 606 acres of Compartment 132 (Tract U-201 only), 328 acres of which are available for exchange. The compartment is accessible via S.R. 212 from Resseau's Cross Roads south approximately 0.51 miles.

The project proposes to widen both approaches of SR 140/ Arnold Mill Road to its intersection with Cox Road in Fulton County, Georgia.

An intensive cultural resource survey was conducted on 27 acres of land in Floyd County, Georgia that is proposed for development by Entergy Power Generation Corporation (Entergy) and Inland Paperboard and Packaging, Inc. (Inland).

Terracon, at the request of its client David Evans & Associates conducted a systematic Phase I archaeological survey in compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.

The results of an intensive archaeological of the Rome 90-acre tract are presented in this report. Fieldwork in the tract was conducted on June 29 and July 1, 2, and 5, 1999. No previously recorded archaeological sites are located within the study tract.

A cultural resources survey was undertaken at the proposed Summerwood Subdivision in Athens, Georgia by Southeastern Archeological Services.

From 28 April to 30 April 2003 an intensive cultural resource assessment survey was conducted by Environmental Services, Inc. (ESI) of Jacksonville, Florida, of a 14-acre parcel in Coffee County, Georgia.
