This engineering report explores the need and economic feasibility of providing adequate water pressures, fire protection, and potable water to the residents of Coolidge.

The purpose of this project was to conduct an archaeological survey of the proposed Braselton Industrial Park property. This survey was conducted at the request of McCrary Engineering

During 1985 a study team representing the disciplines of architectural history, history, and landscape architecture, conducted an Historic Building Survey of Fort Benning, Georgia.

 Georgia Power Company filed an application for a new license for the existing 168-megawatt North Georgia Hydroelectric Project located on the Tallulah, Tugalo, and Chattooga Rivers in northeast Georgia and northwest South Carolina.

As the proposed construction consists entirely of outfall sewers, without lateral lines, no secondary impact is projected.

Authorization for this project was received May 18, 1977 and work commenced immediately. The proposed line extends for a distance of 2 .1 miles along the eastern bank of the Upper Flint River, terminating at a point near Ga.-54 Highway.

The Emmie Conine Relief Sewer will be constructed in a heavily urbanized section of Morrow, Georgia. For much of its route, it parallels an existing sewer line and in some sectors, utilizes an existing permanent easement acquired for the original sewer.

Since past research has been sporadic and undertaken with inexperienced personnel, many sections of the study area have not been adequately surveyed for cultural resources.

The Phase I Report contained the listings of previously inventoried archeological sites, catalogued during past surveys.

Authorization for this project was received May 18, 1977 and work commenced June 4, 1977, immediately upon completion of the Flint River Outfall Sewer, Site "E", authorized on the same date.
