Second Addendum Project Description: The proposed project would construct an extension of East Lake Drive Springdale Road to SR 155.

During July 2007, Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey for the proposed replacement of the SR 216 Bridge over Carter Creek in Randolph County, Georgia.

During April 2007, Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of two alternatives for the proposed redesigned Interstate (I) 285 Interchange at South Atlanta Road, Cobb County, Georgia. The project area is located southeast of Smyrna, Georgia.

During September 2005, May and September 2006, and February 2007, Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of proposed locations for the Noonday Creek Multi-Use Trail and associated parking area.

During May 2008, Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of the proposed corridor for the Noonday Creek Multi-Use Trail in Cobb County, Georgia.

On March 3, 2008, Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) conducted an archaeological survey of the proposed Leake Mounds Trail in Bartow County. During the course of the investigations, we revisited this site and recorded one previously unidentified site.

During July and August 2007, Edwards-Pitman Environmental Inc. (EPEI) conducted Phase II archaeological testing at six sites, 9GE2376, 9GE2379, 9GE2380, 9GE2381, 9GE2382, and 9GE2385, for the proposed Greensboro Bypass in Greene County, Georgia.

The proposed trail is located along the south side of Old Highway 41 in Cobb County, outside the City of Marietta (Figure 1). The project is located entirely on the Marietta USGS Quadrangle (Figure 2).

The proposed project on SR 25 Spur East/Torras Causeway would begin east of the intersection with SR 25/US 17/Ocean_ Highway and would continue to just west of CR 584/Kings Way on St. Simons Island. The total project length would be approximately four miles.
