In June 2001, TRC Garrow Associates, Inc., conducted a cultural resources survey of a 288-acre tract in Fulton County, Georgia. The project tract is the proposed location for a power plant. All construction will occur on the western portion of the parcel.

In January 2002, TRC Garrow Associates, Inc., conducted a cultural resources survey of a 50acre tract in Fulton County, Georgia. The project was undertaken on behalf of Montgomery Watson/Khafra. It included both archaeological and historic structure surveys.

The project consists of widening and realigning Shiloh Valley Drive/Greers Chapel Drive and then extending the widened road across I-75 approximately 1,280 feet to a widened Roberts Court to form a continuous road approximately .3 mile south of Barrett Parkway in Cobb County, Georgia.

I, the Principal Investigator: Lynn Marie Pietak PhD., do hereby certify that the Area of Potential Effect (as described on page 1 of this form) for GDOT Project STP-0005-00(922) has been thoroughly surveyed for archaeological resources and that no such resources were located or identified.

The proposed project would begin approximately 1,190 feet west of the bridge and end approximately 1,510 feet east of the bridge. The total project length along SR 52 would be approximately 2,700 feet (0.51 mile).

The proposed project is located in the City of Metter, Georgia. The project would begin at the 1-16 West exit ramp and end at the intersection of SR 23/121 and Stripling Street. The total project length is approximately 4,365 feet (0.83 mile).

The proposed projects involve the addition of one lane within the existing median for both southbound and northbound 1-75 in Henry County making the existing six-lane roadway an eight-lane through facility.

The proposed project consists of the widening of westbound Barrett Parkway to allow for an eight-foot raised median and the construction of an exclusive westbound lane from the 1-575 southbound exit ramp to the Mall Boulevard intersection.

The proposed project would construct a grade-separated interchange at the existing at-grade intersection of SR 316 and SR I 1 in Barrow County. The proposed grade separation will include provision of full interchange providing access to and from SR 316 to SR 11.

This project involves the grade separation of the existing at-grade intersection of SR 316 and SR 81. The proposed grade separation would include provision of full interchange providing access to and from SR 316 to the cross road of SR 81.
