New South Associates conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of the proposed Sugarloaf Parkway Extension on December 7, 1994. The project corridor is approximately 1.124 miles in length and consists of approximately 3,400 feet of new alignment and 2,000 feet of road widening.

New South Associates conducted a Phase I Archaeological Survey of the proposed improvements to Houston Road, Bibb County, Georgia. The survey of the approximately 3.20 mile corridor was conducted on January 4 and 5, 1996.

New South Associates conducted a Phase I Archeological Survey of the Rome SE Bypass on June 11 and 15, 1992. The proposed corridor is new alignment, and extends from S. R. 101 to U. S. 411. The corridor is 3.5 miles in length with a minimum 250 foot wide right-of-way.

New South Associates conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of three roads in Camden County between June 25 and June 28, 1996. The survey corridors include 1.6 miles of Old Jefferson Road, 0.6 miles of Woodard Road (A), and 0.6 hires of 3-R Fish Camp Road totaling 2.8 miles.

New South Associates conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of the proposed North Brown Road relocation on May 16, 1995. The project corridor is approximately 1.3 miles in length with 0.8 miles of new alignment and 0.5 miles of existing road widening. The right-of-way is 125 feet wide.

On October 24 and 25, 1995, New South Associates conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of approximately 0.75 mile of new alignment, road widening and a bridge replacement for Mitchell Bridge Road. The study corridor crosses from Whitfield into Murray County, Georgia.

New South Associates conducted a Phase I Archaeological Survey of three proposed intersection improvements to Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive in the City of Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia.

New South Associates conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of approximately 125 acres in Douglas County on October 1, 1996. The study utilized extensive ground surface exposure throughout the study area and discovered no new archaeological sites.

New South Associates conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of the proposed State Route 20 widening and relocation on April 2 and 5, 1996.

New South Associates conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of proposed improvements to the SR 92 and Jimmy Mayfield Intersection in Fayette County on December 4, 1996. A pedestrian survey, combining surface inspection with 30 meter interval shovel testing was conducted.
