Because the projects are in-place, no new areas will be impacted. For this reason no archaeological field inspection is necessary and the archaeological resources of the State will not be affected. RS-1360 (3) Coosawattee River Bridge on SR 282 - Existing bridge is to be retained and widened.

The subject project would consist of the leveling and resurfacing of SR 515 from MP 4.93 to MP 9.45 in Gilmer County. No earthwork would be involved in the process of leveling and resurfacing the existing roadway.

This transportation project has been surveyed for historic resources in compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, and amendments thereto The survey boundary and methodology were established using GDOT/FHWA Cultural Resources Survey Guidelines.

The subject project would consist of the joint removal and replacement and joint repair of 5 bridges in Cobb and Dekalb Counties. The following bridges are included in the proposed project:

1-85 SB over l-285 EB

1-285 EB over I-285 NB

BRF-097-1(7), Appling-Tattnall Counties. Georgia DOT project BRF-097-1(7), Appling-Tattnall Counties, involves the replacement of approaches to and existing bridges over the Altamaha River, Taylor Lake and a small slough on S.R. 144.

Archaeological Assessment of Project STP-M000-00(337), Clay County, leveling and resurfacing plus paving 2 foot left and right along State Route 266, from the intersection of SR 39 eastward to the intersection of SR 50, for a total length of 18.27 miles.

Park/Ride lots: ID-20-2(84); I-285-1(169); I-20-2(77) DeKalb County. The following Park/Ride lots may be considered clear with respect to archaeological resources:
