The project involves the widening of S.R. 18 in West Point from U.S. 29 east to 1-85 from two to four lanes. No additional right-of-way will be purchased.

This is a bridge project, BRF-049-1(8), located in Jasper County. The bridge is on SR 11 and crosses Pearson Creek and Popes Branch. The existing structures are 27.8 feet wide by 66 feet long and 27.8 feet wide by 130 feet long.
