Archeological Assessment of the Franklin/Stephens Counties Resurfacing Project. This proposed project is 9.8 miles in length and consists of leveling and resurfacing of SR 328 beginning at SR 17 in Stephens County and ending at SR 59 in Franklin County. No additional right-of-way is required.
