On July 27, 2017, Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) conducted a survey of roughly .4 mile of SR 165 for the proposed bridge replacement at Sugar Creek in Dodge County, Georgia (Georgia Department of Transportation [GDOT] P.I. No. 0013823).

This is a bridge project, BRSLB-1045(1), located in Fulton County. The bridge is on Butner Road/ CR 1374 and crosses Deep Creek. The existing structure is a 33.3 meters long by 7.3 meters wide continuous steel beam bridge on 18.3 meters of right of way.
