In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, project MR-0100(2), Dougherty County has been surveyed with respect to archaeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP

The proposed project would replace the State Route (SR) 183 bridge over Cochrans Creek approximately 6 miles northwest of Dawsonville, Georgia. The existing bridge over Cochrans Creek is approximately 82 feet long and has two 12-foot lanes with no shoulder.

The proposed project would consist of the replacement of GDOT Bridge 003-0012-0 on State Route (SR) 64 over the Satilla River approximately 6 miles northeast of Pearson in Atkinson County.

This is a bridge project, BRZLB-097(2), located in Douglas County. The bridge is on CR 250 and crosses the Southern Railroad. The existing structure is a 79 foot long by 18.6 foot wide timber bridge with timber abutments, piles, stringers, and deck. The existing ROW is 30 feet.
