Environmental Corporation of America’s (ECA) client, Georgia Power Company, is proposing to construct a communications facility as described in the following FCC Form 620, New Tower (NT) Submission Packet.

The proposed work consists of resurfacing, patching, milling, striping, raised pavement markers, and curb cuts for wheelchair ramps along a 13.807-mile section of State Route (SR) 3 from SR 96 to the Flint River Bridge/Upson County line in Taylor County, Georgia (Figure I).

The proposed work will take place along a 2.107-mile section of State Route (SR) 27 EA (Lamar Street) and a 2.062 mile section of SR 27 WE (Forsyth Street) from SR 3/US 19 to the intersection of SR 30 in Americus, Sumter County Georgia (Figure l).

2-mile new location project which begins at County Road 180 and US 441 and continues in a Northwesterly direction to SR 15/198 just south of CR 183. An intensive survey should be conducted when plows and made available.

This project is the replacement of the bridges over the Ochlocknee River and Overflow on CR 297 (Swift Canteen Road). The entire project area is within an extensive wetland, enhanced by the recent passing of Hurricane Kate.

This is a bridge replacement project over Uchee Creek along CR 258. The existing bridge will be replaced with a culvert.
