Report Title: Phase I Archaeological Survey for the Anna Poole Telecommunications Project

In January 2022, Trileaf Corporation (Trileaf) performed a cultural resource inventory survey for a proposed self-support lattice telecommunications tower facility located in Moultrie, Colquitt County, 

Dear Mr. Bass:

The proposed project would construct a 7.56-kilometer (km) (4.7 mile [mi]) long connector on a new location that would provide an alternate route around the historic downtown City of Monroe, Georgia (Figure 1).

On behalf of Practical Environmental Solutions, LLC, Southern Research, Historic Preservation Consultants, Inc. conducted a Phase I Archaeological Survey and a Visual Effects Survey for a proposed cellular tower located in Banks County, Georgia.

Georgia Department of Transportation Project (GDOT) PI No. 0013988 proposes to widen State Route (SR) 211 (Old Winder Highway) from City Street (CS) 1274 (Pinot Noir Drive) to SR 124 in Barrow, Gwinnett, and Hall Counties, Georgia.

On August 4, 2021, Terracon Consultants, Inc. conducted a cultural resource assessment survey the Scruggs Tower tract, located in Brooks County, Georgia (Figure 1.1).

Viasat, Inc. (Viasat) proposes to construct, operate, and maintain a new satellite earth station (satellite) not to exceed 20 feet (ft) in height, located in Cherokee County, Georgia (Project).

Between May 31 and June 4, 2021, Brockington and Associates, Inc. (Brockington) conducted Phase II archaeological testing of Site 9LS344, a pre-contact artifact scatter located southwest of the city of Dublin in Laurens County, Georgia.
