Provide traffic signal plans for the upgrade of four existing traffic signal installations in the City of Winder, Barrow County.

To provide traffic signal plans for the upgrade of ten existing traffic signal installations: seven traffic signals in the City of Kingsland and three traffic signals in the City of St. Marys, Camden County.

The proposed project was originally surveyed with concurrence received in 1991, then resurveyed with concurrence received in 1996, 2001 and 2004 (Entorf, Richardson, Jeter, Erickson respectively).

The proposed project was originally surveyed with concurrence received in 1996 then reassessed with concurrence received in 2004. The original project remains the same except for the following: a 4200' long section of SR 17 has been shifted further east of the current alignment.

The proposed project would construct a 10' x 8' precast concrete barrel on the south side of the existing double 9' x 8' reinforced concrete box culvert at Harman Canal on SR 204/Abercorn Street to improve the drainage capacity of the structure.

The scope of the project has changed since the original short form was submitted.

Provide traffic signal plans for the upgrade of nine existing traffic signal installations in the City of Douglas, Coffee County.

The proposed project would reconstruct the current State of Georgia Welcome Center along I-95 in Chatham County. The proposed project would remove the existing building and surrounding a parking lot and replace it with a new building and parking area.

The proposed project was originally surveyed with concurrence received in 2005.
