Report Abstracts

In June 2006, Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey at three locations along I-75 in Cook County, Georgia.

This project was conducted for the City of Woodstock which proposes to construct sidewalks with curb and gutter drainage, lighting, benches, trash receptacles, thermoplastic striping at crosswalks and bicycle parking in downtown Woodstock.

This report presents the results of the archeological survey of 830 acres of land in Greene County, Georgia. The property, which is located on Lake Oconee, is owned and will be developed by Reynolds Plantation.

The Jack Phillips tract is located in Dekalb County, Georgia. Proposed wetland restoration activities are expected to enhance the ecological and hydrological functions of the proposed mitigation areas.

This project is a wetland mitigation site located on the border of Dekalb and Rockdale counties. Proposed restoration activities are expected to enhance the ecological and hydrological functions of the proposed mitigation area.

Original: The proposed project is an intersection improvement project in Cherokee County at Holly Street and Hickory Road in Holly Springs, Georgia. The purpose of this project is to realign approximately 700 feet of Holly Street to intersect Holly Springs Parkway at Hickory Road.

The Morey Wetland Mitigation Tract is located just south of Lester in Mitchell County, Georgia. The proposed wetland/stream mitigation site is approximately 817.713 acres in size and is located south of SR 112.

The proposed project was originally surveyed and concurrence received in 1996, the reassessed with concurrence received in 1999.

The proposed project was originally surveyed with concurrence received in 2004 then reassessed with concurrence twice in 2005. The original project remains the same except for the following: the project has been lengthened by 150' on the west end and 100' on the east end.

Project Changes Since Original Report: 1. Intersection of CR 485 River Street and SR 133/St. Augustine Road- a. Decrease in Temporary Easement (TE) along the north and south side of CR 485 east and west of the intersection b.
