The proposed project would widen and reconstruct State Route (SR) 54 in Clayton and Fayette Counties. This widening would begin just north of McDonough Road in Fayette County and would extend to US 19/US 41/Tara Boulevard in Clayton County for a distance of 5.3 miles.

Due to the emergency nature of the repairs, the following project was completed prior to environmental clearance. The project consisted of the replacement of the triple barrel 10 ft. X 7 ft. culvert located along Whiddon Mill Road over Heard Creek in Tift County (see attached location map).

The proposed project would repair the winswell and apron for a culvert at an unnamed creek on CR 279/Morven-Barwick Road/Coffee Road in Brooks County, Georgia. The existing right-ofway for CR 279/Morven-Barwick Road/Coffee Road is 50 feet. All work would occur within the existing right-of-way.

Project EDSOO-0000-00(346) would construct the Fall Line Freeway in Baldwin County. This proposed project was subjected to several previous archaeological surveys: January 1986, November 1993, December 1993, July 1996, June 1999, and October 2000 by Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc.

The project is an emergency project that consisted of the repair of a washed out slide area along the westbound side of US 78/SR 10 at Milepoint 7.3 in the vicinity of the exit ramp to SR 236/Hugh Howell Road.

Project STP-0007-00(149) would improve the existing substandard intersection of SR 92/Dallas Highway and Thompson Street at Forrest Avenue in Douglasville, Georgia. This project was originally cleared by Shawn Patch in 2005.
