The project proposes to construct the Butler Bypass on new location south of Butler.

The project area extends from the site of an existing sewage disposal plant located 1.4 miles {31°55'10"N 81°55'20"W) south of the center of the City of Glennville over a distance of approximately two miles to the site of a proposed spray irrigation field approximately 3.4 miles {31°53'09"N 81°5

In order to obtain clearance for a 404 permit for a box culvert on new alignment at Mountain Creek, an archaeological survey was performed. The project is part of the widening and paving of S.R. 195 from Methvins north to Eastland.

The proposed project consists of the paving of 0.6 m (2 ft) of the existing shoulders along SR 169. The project would begin approximately 0. 032 km (0.02 mi) north of the intersection of SR 121 (MP 6.00) and would end at the intersection of SR 23 (MP 10.80}.

This proposal does not fall within the scope of interest of this organization. This proposal is considered to be consistent with those State goals, policies, objectives, plans, programs and fiscal resources with which this organization is concerned.

In compliance with Section I 06 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, project NH-034-3(35), Houston and Bibb Counties has been surveyed with respect to archaeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic

The proposed project would upgrade and reconstruct the SR 155/CR 376 intersection to provide left turn lanes and auxiliary right-turn lanes. Existing right-of-way for both SR 155 and C:R 3.76 is 80 feet.

The proposed project would upgrade and reconstruct the SR 3 and SR 81/CR 653 intersection in Henry County. Existing right-of-way along SR 81 is approximately 80 feet. Additional required right-of-way in the northeastern quadrant of the project area is approximately 25 feet.

The proposed project would improve the intersection of SR 138 and SR 155, located just west of the Rockdale County line. The existing right-of-way for SR 138 is 80 feet and approximately 100 feet for SR 155.

In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, STP-00MS(343), Henry County has been surveyed with respect to archaeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP ).
