As part of the site development program at the Georgia Ports Authority (GPA) James D. Mason Intermodal Facility in Savannah, an overpass bridge spanning proposed rail improvements at the facility has been proposed.

This letter presents the results of additional Phase I cultural resources investigations completed as part of the proposed Elba Express Pipeline Project; this undertaking currently is under review by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

At the request of Savannah Laboratories an Environmental Services, a preliminary archaeological survey was conducted of the Rincon, Georgia, 2010 facility planning area with specific concentration on the proposed plant site and the pipelines serving that facilities.
