During 19-24 June 2016, Brockington and Associates Inc. (Brockington) completed a Phase I backhoe survey of a 0.97-acre parcel adjacent to and immediately east of Slip 1 and the Westin Resort Hotel on the southern portion of Hutchinson Island, Chatham County, Georgia.

Dynamic Environmental Associates, Inc. (DEA) performed an investigation of a proposed telecommunication tower facility in Laurens County, Georgia.

The proposed work will take place along a 3.97 mile section of State Route (SR) 5 Business (BU) in Cherokee County beginning at the intersection of Killian Road to the intersection of Interstate (I-) 575 (Figure 1).

The project area is located on the south side of Savannah in the central portion of Chatham County. The property is an irregularly shaped wooded area bordered by Burnett/University Drive to the north, west, and south, and Science Drive to the east.

The proposed work will take place at an existing Ferry Dock on the Savannah River at the Savannah International Trade and Convention Center in Chatham County (Figure 1). The existing dock is used as Ferry access for mass transit across the Savannah River.
