Environmental Corporation of America’s (ECA) client, TowerCom V, LLC, is proposing to lease an approximate 2,422 square-foot area for the construction of a telecommunications facility as described in the following FCC Form 620, New Tower (NT) Submission Packet.

In order to comply with the Section 106 process of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, this Historic Resources Evaluation report determines the Area of Potential Effect (APE) of the proposed Transmission Line.

On June 27, 2017, Southeastern Horizons, Inc. (SEH) conducted an intensive Phase I archaeological survey of the proposed Half Moon Walking Trail Project in the City of Abbeville, Wilcox County, Georgia.

The purpose of this project is to replace the existing State Route (SR) 52 and SR 183 intersection with a roundabout roughly 130 feet (40 meters) in diameter. The existing intersection consists of three approaching legs with a grassy median in the middle.

This report discusses the findings of the archaeological investigations undertaken for review for Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) Project PI 0009861.

The proposed project would improve and enhance pedestrian facilities in Tucker, Georgia.
