This survey is a part of the GDOT Low Impact Bridge Program (LIBP). From the LIBP Manual: "The 100-foot expanded archaeology survey corridor on typical GDOT projects will be waived in some instances, given that projects in the Program are not intended to extend beyond existing ROW.

The proposed work consists of milling, patching, resurfacing, striping, as well as the installation of raised pavement markers with 4-foot earth shoulder filling and curb cuts along a 10.67-mile section of State Route (SR) 76 in Berrien County, Georgia from the SR 11/U.S.

Environmental Corporation of America’s (ECA) client, Mobilitie, LLC, is proposing to construct a pole as described in the following FCC Form 620, New Tower (NT) Submission Packet.

Environmental Corporation of America (ECA) has completed an Archaeological Assessment for the federal undertaking at the subject site. The proposed undertaking would include a proposed 10-foot by 10-foot (3-meter by 3-meter) area that would include a 123-foot overall height pole structure.

The proposed Five Forks public safety tower site is located at 949 Peeples Valley Road, within an existing, fenced water tank facility near Cartersville, Bartow County, Georgia (USGS White West, Georgia quadrangle) (Figure I).

In January, 2003, Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc., conducted an archeological reconnaissance survey of the proposed Chattahoochee Bend State Park.

The proposed project consists of maintenance and rehabilitation of the Peters Street bridge over the Norfolk Southern Railroad in downtown Atlanta, Georgia (Figure 1).

The proposed project would consist of road maintenance activities along a 6.99 mile section of State Route (SR) 7 Business (BU) in Lowndes County from SR 7 to SR 7 (MP 0.00 – MP 6.99) (Figure 1).
