State Route (SR) 3/US 19 is a six-lane section that runs north/south. SR 3/US 19 intersects SR 138 (running east/west) at a four-leg signalized intersection. The southbound approach consists of an exclusive left turn lane, three through lanes, and a right-turn lane.

1. Structure ID 029-0002-0, Olive Branch Road

The project involves bridge rehabilitation over eight (8), I-16 & I-95 bridge structures as described below:

a. Raise the Bridge structure to a minimum vertical clearance of 17’-0”, adjust the roadway and roadway

The proposed project is located in Henry County at the intersection of Jodeco Road and Blackball Road/Longwood Drive. The existing intersection of Jodeco Road and Blackball Road is unsignalized and controlled with a stop movement along Blackball Road.

The proposed project would consist of the construction of a 10-foot to 12-foot multiuse trail along PIB from approximately 700 m (2,300 feet) west of Rogers Bridge Road to McGinnis Ferry Road in Gwinnett County, Georgia (Figure 1).

In October 2016, Hurricane Matthew displaced traffic signal concrete strain poles and damaged signal heads at four locations at the intersection of State Route (SR) 307 / Dean Forest Road and Product Support Road south of the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport in Chatham County, Georgia (

Between 26 and 30 October, 2015, Brockington and Associates, Inc. (Brockington) conducted an intensive cultural resources survey of the proposed Bradley Point Road Sidewalk project corridor located in southeastern Chatham County, Georgia.

The proposed project would take place on State Route (SR) 195 at the intersection of City Street (CS) 543/Smithville Road and CS 547/2nd Street in northwest Leesburg, Lee County, Georgia.

From March 27 through March 31, 2017 Brockington and Associates, Inc. conducted a Cultural Resources Survey for the proposed Lewiston 115kV substation and Evans Primary - Fort Gordon #2 115kV Transmission Line (Lewiston Tap) in Columbia County, Georgia.
