The proposed project is located in Henry County at the intersection of Jodeco Road and Blackball Road/Longwood Drive. The existing intersection of Jodeco Road and Blackball Road is unsignalized and controlled with a stop movement along Blackball Road.

The proposed project would consist of the construction of a 10-foot to 12-foot multiuse trail along PIB from approximately 700 m (2,300 feet) west of Rogers Bridge Road to McGinnis Ferry Road in Gwinnett County, Georgia (Figure 1).
