The proposed project would consist of replacing the existing culvert on State Road (SR) 22/U.S. 80 at Bailey Branch eight miles west of Roberta, Georgia (Figure 1). The existing culvert will be replaced with a reinforced concrete bridge measuring 160 feet long. and 40 feet wide.
