IRC conducted a Phase I archaeological survey prior to the construction of an AT&T fiber optic cable in Floyd County, Georgia. The proposed right-of-way is 8,851 feet by 16.5 feet. In addition, m area reported by local tradition to contain a historic cemetery was investigated.
