An archeological survey of Whitfield Avenue and Diamond Causeway was conducted to ensure that Chatham County is in compliance with federal regulations concerning the disposition of significant archeological sites.

New South Associates conducted a Phase I Archaeological Survey of the proposed sewer/water line along Interstate 75 in Monroe and Bibb Counties, Georgia. The survey of the approximately 9.7 mile corridor was conducted between June 7 and 9, 1999.

Mitchell County wishes to improve a 975-m length of County Road 307 (Old Georgia Highway 3) that crosses Big Slough Creek and Big Slough Creek Overflow, just north of the town of Camilla. This section of roadway was formerly part of State Route 3, U.S.

New South Associates conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of one proposed bridge improvement within Fulton County on December 2, 1998. The existing bridge is 60 feet by 24 feet and the proposed improvements would extend the bridge to 90 feet by 40 feet.
