Report Abstracts

This document presents the results of Phase I cultural resources survey and archeological inventory of the proposed 6km (3.7 mi) Southern Natural Gas Company in Upson County and West Georgia Generating Meter Station project corridor in Upson County, Georgia. R.

The project areas are located in northwest Georgia in Clayton, Fulton, and Bartow Counties, within the confines of Fort McPherson, Fort Gillem, and the U.S. Army Recreation Area (FORSCOM) situated on Lake Allatoona.

The Historic Resources Survey and NRHP Assessment of Naval Air Station (NAS) Atlanta is a comprehensive inventory of all extant properties at the federally owned reserve air station. Hardy •Heck•Moore & Myers, Inc.

Southeastern Archeological Services (SAS) conducted an intensive archeological survey and site testing of the proposed widening and new construction associated with improvements to the U.S. 441 bridge over Mill Creek, in Coffee County, Georgia.

During the month of July, 1997 New South Associates conducted a 1,000 acre survey of the Neighborhoods of Pumpkinvine Creek Tract in Paulding County, Georgia. A total of 35 sites and 11 isolated finds were located within the proposed project area.

This report will present the findings of an intensive level survey conducted on the Piedmont and Coastal plains of Georgia. This survey was conducted on three segments of the AT&T fiber optic easement that runs from Jacksonville, Florida to Atlanta, Georgia.

In May and June of 1998, R.S. Webb & Associates conducted a literature review and a cultural resources survey for the proposed widening of SR4/US1 from Wadley Bypass to State Route 88 in Jefferson County, Georgia.

Southeastern Archeological Services (SAS) conducted an intensive archeological survey d site testing of the proposed widening and new construction associated with improvements U.S. 441, in Coffee and Telfair Counties, Georgia.

On 14 May 1999, Brockington and Associates, Inc. conducted an intensive archaeological survey of the proposed Industrial Park Way corridor. Project goals included location and evaluation of any archaeological resources in the project corridor, and the development of management recommendations.

This report presents the results of Phase I cultural resources survey and inventory of the proposed 12.75 in O.D. Etowah Pipeline Project in Polk County, Georgia. Fieldwork for this project was conducted between January and March of 1998 by R.
