Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc., subcontracting with the engineering firm of Keck and Wood, Inc., conducted an archeological survey of proposed connecting roads linking Cottage Hill Road, Stripling Chapel Road and U.S. 27/S.R. 1 in Carrollton, Georgia (Figure 1).

In June of 2000, Southeastern Archeological Services conducted an intensive archeological survey for the proposed Gray bypass, in Jones County, Georgia. The overall length of the project is 9.7 km (6 mi), and the proposed right-of-way is 40 m (130 ft) wide.

This report represents an addendum to the previous survey of proposed improvements to Sardis Church Road in Bibb County, Georgia, conducted by Southeastern Archeological Services in 1999, and reported by Pluckhahn (1999).

On June 6, 2000 an archeological survey was conducted within the area of potential effect for a proposed reconstruction of the existing intersection of five-laned Roswell Road and four-laned Dunwoody Place, in northern Fulton County.

On June 6, 2000 an archeological survey was conducted within the area of potential effect for a proposed reconstruction of the existing intersection of Mayfield Road and Bethany Road, in north Fulton County.

On June 6, 2000 an archeological survey was conducted within the area of potential effect for a reconfiguration of the existing intersection of Mayfield Road and Providence Road, in north Fulton County.

In late September 1999, Southeastern Archeological Services conducted an intensive archeological survey for a bridge replacement project on Briarcliff Road over an unnamed tributary of North Fork Peachtree Creek, in northern DeKalb County.

Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. (SAS) conducted archeological testing of six sites on Reynolds Plantation on Lake Oconee during the months of August and September 1999.

In early 2000, Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc., conducted an intensive archeological survey and site testing for the proposed widening and rerouting of a portion of US 29/SR 8, in Madison County, Georgia, for the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT).
