At the request of Libby Bell, the site manager at Etowah Indian Mounds, the Archaeology Unit surveyed three areas proposed for swing set construction on September 5, 2001.

On September 3,2001, Jack Weeks of PHS Division of DNR, called the Archaeology Unit to survey an area on Black Rock Mountain. The park proposes to enlarge and relocate their existing maintenance shed and fuel depot to another area of the property.

This report presents the results of an archaeological survey of the residential development known as "Tolomato Island," which is located in the coastal region of McIntosh County, Georgia.

A cultural resources survey of the bridge crossing of Spence Mill Creek on SR 93 in Mitchell County, Georgia, was conducted by New South Associates February 28, and March 1, 2001. A 1,000 foot approach with a 200 foot wide right-of-way was studied on either side of the bridge.
