At the request of the Parks and Historic Sites Division of Georgia Department of Natural Resources, the Archaeological Services Unit of the Historic Preservation Division conducted a reconnaissance-level archaeological survey of a ca.

From March through April 1999, R.S. Webb and Associates conducted a cultural resource survey on the Oconee National Forest in Jasper County, Georgia. Approximately 1068 acres were surveyed prior to the West 11 timber sale activities.

In March 1997, Brockington and Associates conducted a historic resources reconnaissance at Albany, Georgia. This investigation was prompted by recent floods which motivated the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the City of Albany to do a Section 205 project (Flood ControlAct of 1948).

TRC conducted a Phase I archaeological survey for this proposed West Ringgold-Center Point TVA transmission line project from July 10-21, 2000.

On February 15, 2001 twelve intersections in Augusta, Georgia were archeologically surveyed by Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. (SAS).
