Report Abstracts

In May and June, 2001 fourteen intersections in Cook, Decatur, and Terrell Counties, Georgia were archeologically surveyed by Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. (SAS).

From July 24 to 28, 2000, Brockington and Associates, Inc., conducted intensive archaeological survey of the Liberty Expressway/North Jefferson Street (US Highway 19 [State Route 3]/State Route 91) intersection in Dougherty County, Georgia.

In early May of 2001 nine intersections in the City of Hartwell, Hart County, Georgia were archeologically surveyed by Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. (SAS).

From July 24 to 28, 2000, Brockington and Associates, Inc., conducted an intensive archaeological resources survey of the Liberty Expressway/Clark Avenue (US Highway 19 [State Route 3]/State Route 300) intersection in Dougherty County, Georgia.

On June 11, 2001 eight intersections in Carroll County, Georgia were archeologically surveyed by Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. (SAS).

On May 29,2001 eight intersections in the City of West Point, Troup County, Georgia were archeologically surveyed by Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. (SAS).

In March 2001, Brockington and Associates, Inc., conducted Phase I archaeological survey of the proposed intersection improvement corridor for Tilly Mill, North Peachtree and Peeler Roads in DeKalb County, Georgia (Project STP-9269 (1); P.I. # 753045; HP#010328-007 ).

In April and May of 2001, nine intersections in Toombs and Chatham Counties, Georgia were archeologically surveyed by Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. (SAS).

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) wishes to replace two bridges on State Route (SR) 91 in central Miller County, just southwest of the county seat of Colquitt (Figure 1).
