This project is one of several projects on SR 40 Okefenokee Parkway between Folkston (Charlton County) and Kingsland (Camden County). This project begins on the north side of Folkston at the intersection of SR- 15/US-I with Indian Trail/ US-301 Connector.

Project CSBRG-0007-00(162) is a bridge replacement project in Charlton County 2.5 miles south of Junction with SR 94 on SR 185 over Joaquin Creek. The total project length is approximately 2,200 feet (0.416 mile), beginning at M.P. 10.29 and extending to M.P. 10.71.

4194 Pappas, Andrew A. Phase I Archaeological Survey of the 3.35-Acre Potential Boat Ramp/Picnic Area for the McGinnis Ferry Road Bridge Replacement over the Chattahoochee River

GDOT Project STP-2564(4) would consist of the replacement of the existing bridge on McGinnis Ferry over the Chattahoocee River; the current survey is a reevaluation addressing the development of an additional 3.35-acre parcel as a boat ramp and picnic area.

In November of 2006, Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. (SAS) conducted a Phase I archeological survey of approximately 6.1 km (3.8 mi) of a proposed 115 kV transmission line corridor and 4.4 ha (11 ac) of a switching station tract in northwestern Douglas County, Georgia.

In November of 2006 Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. conducted an archeological survey for the proposed 11 acre 230/25 kV Jackson Creek Substation in Rockdale County. The tract was entirely wooded so shovel testing was the primary survey method.
