Environmental Corporation of America’s client, Xcell Towers II, LLC is proposing to construct a 305-foot tall (overall height) self-supporting lattice telecommunications structure located Off Drayton Alley, Montezuma, Macon County, Georgia.

Original: The proposed project would consist of roadway improvements to Old Roswell Road/Rock Mill Road (CR 1332) from Mansell Road to Sanctuary Parkway in Fulton County.

Original Project Description: The proposed project would add left turn lanes on SR 92 at Collins Circle. In addition, Collins Circle would be realigned to a 90 degree angle with SR 92. Adams Circle would be converted into a cul-de-sac where it intersects with SR 92.
