In May 2011, Environmental Services, Inc. (ESI), on behalf of AA Shaw, LLC, performed a cultural resource assessment survey of the AA Shaw Wetland Mitigation Bank located in Effingham County, Georgia.

Between January 2008 and September 2009, Environmental Services, Inc.

Phase I cultural resource investigations were conducted by Bums & McDonnell, Inc. for a proposed biomass power plant project.

On 13 through 17 October and 14 December 2008, Bockington and Associates, Inc. completed a Phase I cultural resources survey and evaluation of the North Floyd Industrial Park tract in Floyd County, Georgia.

During November 2010, Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of the proposed State Route (SR) 53 over the Chestatee River (Lake Lanier) Bridge Replacement. The project corridor is located in Forsyth and Hall counties, Georgia.

This project was performed for AECOM in order to facilitate the proposed 30 inch South Main 2nd Loop Line Replacement in Muscogee County, Georgia. A Phase I cultural resource assessment was performed at locations proposed for temporary work spaces as identified by AECOM.

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) wishes to improve the portion of State Route (SR) 133 from northwest of Valdosta to the outskirts of Moultrie, in Brooks and Colquitt Counties (Figure 1), a distance of 34.23 miles (55.1 km).

Brockington and Associates, Inc. has completed background research and field investigations within the newlyproposedright -of-way(ROW) extension east of the intersection of State Road (SR) 96 and Old Hawkinsville Road/Thompson Mill Road in Houston County, Georgia.

In January of 2011, New South Associates, Inc. conducted a Phase I Archaeological Survey of a parcel of land appended to the eastern portion of the existing Gateway Tract, a 125-acre parcel that was surveyed by New South in 2009.
