New South Associates conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of the approximately 360 acre Creekside Golf and Country Club tract between January 30 and February 5, 1998. The tract lies in east central Paulding County and is a part of the city of Hiram.

In March, 1999, New South Associates, Inc. conducted an archaeological survey of approximately 100 acres of a 150 acre site in Polk County, Georgia.

The proposed project would provide pedestrian improvements for students of Park Street Elementary School, Westside Elementary School, Marietta Middle School and A. L. Burruss Elementary School in the City of Marietta, Georgia (see Figure 1, Project Location).

The proposed project consists of replacing t11c SR 369 bridge over Six Mile Creek in Forsyth County, Georgia. The proposed project is located approximately 6.2 miles northeast of the City of Cumming and is approximately 0.41 mile long.

The project will construct new or expanded sidewalks for 0.9 mile (1.4km) along both sides of the corridor using a combination of brick and concrete.

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) in cooperation with the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area (CRNRA) is in the beginning stages of project development for the above noted project.

The proposed project would involve operational improvements to the northbound off-ramp of Interstate 75 (1-75) interchange with SR 3/US 41 (Old Dixie Road} in Clayton County.

The proposed intersection improvement project is located at the intersection of State Route (SR) 33/United States (US) 3 I 9 Business/Tifton Highway/North Main Street with County Road (CR) 525/Sylvester Highway and SR 33 South/1st Street on the north side of Moultrie in Colquitt County, Georgia.

This project consists of pedestrian improvements In the vicinity of Louisville Academy in Jefferson County, Georgia (see attached Figure 1).

This report presents the results of a cultural resource assessment survey (CRAS) of a proposed cell tower location in Pierce County, Georgia. The project was performed at the request of Ellis and Associates, Inc., of Jacksonville, Florida.
