The proposed improvements will construct 9-foot multi-use paths, including a 4 foot bicycle lane and a 5 foot pedestrian sidewalk, and a 6 foot tree-planting zone along Donald Lee Hollowell (Hollowell) Parkway.

The project proposes to install high mast lighting along 1-75 from Mile Post (MP) 166.11 Gust south of the Pierce Ave interchange) north 3.5 miles to MP 169.77 Gust south of the Arkwright Rd interchange) (Figure 1).

The project consists of the realignment of Pylant Street to intersect State Route 16 at a 90 degree angle. The project is approximately 1850 ft in length and includes a grade separation at Dead Oak Creek.
