Report Abstracts

The proposed work consists of milling, resurfacing, leveling, patching, and curb cuts along a 0.936 mile section of SR 383 from the I-20 overpass in Columbia County to Powell Road in Richmond County (Figure 1).

This project is part of a larger statewide bridge project that meet the program's "low impact" requirements. These bridges are structurally deficient and will be replaced.

R.S. Webb and Associates conducted an archaeological resources survey of the proposed State Route 9/Atlanta Street improvements corridor during the period of February 24 through March 18, 1997.

The proposed work consists of milling, resurfacing, striping, raised pavement markers, and curb cuts along a 4.9 mile section of SR 22 Spur in Muscogee County. The project begins 50 feet east of SRl/US 27 Street and ends 1,222 feet west of Reese Road (Figure 1).

The proposed work consists of resurfacing, leveling, patching, milling, and curb cuts at a 4 mile section of SR 4 in Richmond County from the paving joint at the beginning of the grass median 0.33 miles west of CR 67 /Morgan Road to the intersection of US 78/US 278/SR 10.

A Final Phase I cultural resources assessment report for the McCoy’s Cut flow diversion project was completed in April 2013 for the Savannah District by Panamerican Consultants, Inc. (Panamerican), under a subcontract with Tetra Tech, Inc.

The proposed project is located along SR 3/US 19 from the state line to CR 219 in Thomas County, Georgia. The proposed project would reduce potential fatalities and serious injury collisions by adding 16 feet of lateral offset to the existing left turn lanes at each median opening.

R.S. Webb & Associates conducted a Phase I cultural resources survey of a proposed 752-acre [229-hectares (ha)] Genesee tract in Coweta County, Georgia from September 10 through November 7, 2007. Phase II archeological testing was conducted during January 7 through January 29, 2008.
