During March and April of 1987, Robert S. Webb tested two prehistoric sites (provisional site numbers "Site #2 and Site #3) at the Cartersville Airport in Bartow County Georgia. The project area lies within the Etowah Valley Historic District.

Having been nominated as eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) - a study conducted by Garrow and Associates, Atlanta, Ga. (Blanton 1987) - Site 9 Ca 571) hereafter Site 571) required mitigation.

The archaeological survey of six acres of land in Carrollton, Georgia did not disclose the presence of any archaeological sites. This area, known as the Knox Street Park site, has been extensively altered due to human occupation.

A crew of archeologists from the Southeast Archeological Center (SEAC), has completed the second phase of pre-reconstructive archeological investigations at the Civil War prison site at Andersonville National Historic Site, Georgia.

An intensive survey of 1.6 km of re-routed transmission line was performed by Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. Except for the rockpile, believed to date to the historic period, no sites were discovered.

This report is the result of a cultural resource survey covering 1,312 acres on parts of six forest compartments of the Oconee National Forest, in Jasper, Jones, and Putnam Counties. The survey was undertaken prior to planned Forest Service activities.

In July and August 1989, cultural resource surveys were undertaken in the Oconee National Forest to protect and preserve such resources. Parts of six forest compartments were surveyed covering 2,370 acres. A total of 25 sites and 28 isolated finds were located.

This report documents the archeological investigations conducted during the Cultural Resources Review of the Fort Benning Master Plan Phase II. These investigations were conducted in eighteen separate project areas located in Muscogee and Chattahoochee Counties, Georgia.

On February 21 and 22, 1989, Robert S. Webb and Keith McRae conducted an intensive coverage cultural resources survey of approximately 10.2 kilometers (6-3 miles) of a proposed transmission line corridor (Magnolia Park to Walkerville 115 kV line) in Tift County, Georgia.

This report documents the result of a cultural resource survey of the proposed Russell Parkway 115 kV Transmission Line corridor, Houston County, Georgia. The study corridor consisted a 625 foot long by 75 foot wide segment that crossed Bay Gall Creek on the southern fringes of Warner Robins.
