TerraXplorations, Inc. (TerraX) of Mobile, Alabama was contracted by Trileaf Corporation (Trileat) of Maitland, Florida to conduct a Phase I archaeological direct effects and visual effects survey for the proposed David Harris cellular tower in Muscogee County, Georgia.

Original Project Descliption (2014)

The proposed project would consist of the replacement of the insufficient existing bridge along State Route (SR) 93/SR 111 at Little Tired Creek, located approximately one mile north of the city of Cairo in Grady County, Georgia (Figure 1 and 2).

The proposed project would replace a substandard bridge on SR 80 over Middle Creek located approximately 4 miles north of Camak, Georgia. The existing bridge is insufficient due to the age of the structure and the posted weight restrictions.

The project is located on State Route (SR) 158, 1.2 miles west of SR 90, when Berrien, Irwin, and Coffee Counties meet (Figure 1). The proposed project would replace the existing SR 158 bridge over Willacoochee River (Bridge ID 0 19-0034-0).

This project proposes to replace the existing insufficient bridge over Little Creek Tributary which is five miles south of Moultrie on State Route (SR) 111 in Colquitt County, Georgia (Figures 1 and 2). The existing bridge is 152 feet long by 45.6 feet wide with two 12 foot travel lanes and
