Environmental Corporation of America (ECA) has completed an Archaeological Assessment for the federal undertaking at the subject site.

The proposed project consists of maintenance and improvements along a 17.70 mile section of State Route (SR) 10 in Oglethorpe County, Georgia starting at the Clarke County Line to the Wilkes County Line.

The project would construct a single-lane roundabout approximately 1,100 feet south of the existing intersection. Klondike Road would be realigned approximately 1,100 feet south in order to intersect with McDaniel Mill Road at the proposed roundabout location.

The proposed project, P.I. No. 0015436, would replace five overpass bridges on I-85 in Jackson and Franklin counties (Figure 1).

Additional minor project changes have occurred during ROW negotiations. These changes are covered by the current third addendum survey. As a result of property owner negotiations, areas of permanent easement were converted to temporary easement.

Subterraine performed an intensive Phase I archaeological survey on Aprill4, 2015 of the proposed lease area and access of the Eagle Grove telecommunication project located in Canon (34° 18' 50.2" N, 82° 59' 58.14" W).

TerraXplorations, Inc. (TerraX) of Mobile, Alabama was contracted by Trileaf Corporation (Trileat) of Maitland, Florida to conduct a Phase I archaeological direct effects survey for the proposed Woodbury cellular tower in Meriwether County, Georgia.

On behalf of our client, Terracon Consultants, Inc. (Terracon) conducted an archaeological survey for the proposed Bermuda Run telecommunications site located in Valdosta, Georgia.
