Report Abstracts

Project begins approximately 300 feet south of southern railroad and ends approximately 300 feet north of the southern railroad. The replacement bridge will be 140 feet long and 38 feet wide.

In November 2018, Trileaf Corporation (Trileaf) performed a cultural resource survey for a proposed self-supporting lattice telecommunications tower facility to be built on raw land at Tremont Road, Cordele, Crisp County, Georgia (32° 00’ 36.33” N, 83° 40’ 37.95” W).

New structure will be 54’ wide and 300’ long, bridge will constructed and traffic will be maintained. No wetland involvement, no archaeological sites, no costa guard permits required.

Project begins 400’ west of stream and end 650’ east of stream. New structure is a 38’ x 200’ concrete bridge. No right of way will be required. No detour is to be constructed on site.

Project begins 400 ft. west of stream and ends 800 ft. east of stream. New structure is a triple 9' x 8' concrete bridge culvert. Temporary detour easement will be required on the downstream side (see attachments). Existing structure is a 23.7 ft. x 120ft. timber, steel & concrete bridge.

Project begins approximately 400 ft. south of existing stream and ends approximately 250 ft. north of stream. New structure will be a 28 ft. x 150 ft. (approximately) bridge. Required right of way will be 100 ft. total. See attachment for layout.

Project begins 400 ft. west of creek and ends 400 ft. east of creek. New structure is a 4 barrel 10 ft. x 10 ft. x 75 ft. concrete bridge culvert. Required right of way is 80 ft. Co. Rd. 90 will be closed during construction, no on-site detour is proposed.

Lick Log Creek: Begin 315’ south of bridge; end 315’ north of bridge. Widen existing bridge to 44’. No right of way required. Grays Mill Creek: Begin 550’ south of bridge; end 315’ north of bridge. Widen existing bridge to 62.8;’ 35’ x 2’ strip of right of way required.

Since the time of the original 2015 survey the design for PI No. 0012788 has undergone modification.

The existing structure is 37 feet long and 23.4 wide consisting of concrete abutments, steel beams, and a concrete deck. The required structure will consist of 50 feet of triple 9 x 8 box culvert.
