BRZLB-031-1(3), Bulloch County: The above project in Bulloch County is an in-place bridge replacement project over Cross Branch on C.R. 360. Because the project is in-place, no new areas will be impacted.

Project SOS-211(2) is located in Morgan County and consists of roadwork located near Madison, Georgia. This project will consist of a rural two-lane facility on new location.

Archeological Assessment of a Bartow/Dade/Gordon County Bridge Maintenance Project. This project would include cleaning and repainting the steel superstructure of four GDOT bridges located in Bartow, Dade, and Gordon Counties, Georgia.

This is a bridge project, BRZLB-0047(1), located in Catoosa County. Survey techniques included visual inspection, pedestrian survey, and subsurface testing where necessary. The two asterisked (*) projects encountered archaeological material; these require further testing or excavation.

Georgia Department of Transportation Project BRZLB-169(2) in Jones County is the proposed replacement of the existing bridge over Glady Creek along Hadaway Road (S.R. 68) northeast of Round Oak (see Project Location Map).

Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. (SAS) conducted a Phase I archeological survey of approximately 5.5 ac in Turner County, Georgia, on the southern end of Ashburn. The tract of land will host a proposed solar array for energy production.

In response to a request from our District One office, an archaeological survey of three bridge replacements was conducted by the Archaeologist attached to the Environmental Analysis Bureau.

This is a bridge project, BRF-29-1(31), located in Peach County. The bridge is on State Route 49 and crosses Big Indian Creek. The existing structure is 25.2 feet wide and 60 feet long and has timber pilings and a concrete deck.

The project area was surveyed for archaeological and historic resources in advance of the proposed Water Treatment Plant No. 3.
