Georgia DOT Project # BRZLB-0217(2) is an in-place bridge replacement project at County Road 132 over Patrick Branch in Newton County, district 2. Because the pro in place, no new areas will be impacted. Only those areas which have been disturbed by previous bridge construction will be affected.

The proposed project consists of the transfer of surplus property in Gwinnett County owned by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). The surplus property will be placed on the market by GDOT’s Right-of-Way Office.

The proposed project includes the sale of three parcels of land, totaling 91.35 acres (parcel 10R is 9.08 acres, parcel 11A is 44.37 acres, and parcel 11R is 37.9 acres), that are currently owned by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT).
