The proposed project consists of traffic signal upgrades at four intersections along SR 14 in Coweta County.

This document details the Historic Preservation Management Plan (HPMP) for the Lake Sidney Lanier Project. It was prepared under provisions of ER 1130-2-438, Project Construction and Operation, Historic Preservation Program.

An intensive archaeological resources survey was conducted by the Michael Baker Jr., Inc., Cultural Resources Staff (Atlanta Division) in Elbert County, Georgia, along SR 72 for a total distance of 19.10 km (11.87 miles).

In June 1996, a cultural resources survey of the Jimmy DeLoach Parkway and Highway 21 Interchange project (Project No. MLP-25 (81)) in Chatham County, Georgia was conducted by Brockington and Associates, Inc. for Hussey, Gay, Bell, & DeYoung Environmental, Inc.

Heritage resources surveys have been completed for 1,449 acres on the Brasstown, Chattooga and Cohutta Ranger Districts; Gilmer, Habersham, Lumpkin, Murray, Stephens, Towns and Union Counties, Georgia.

The proposed project would resurface and renovate an existing paved parking lot located in Clarkston, Georgia. The project area is within existing right-of-way limits and consists of approximately 2.2 acres.

Brockington and Associates, Inc. conducted archaeological resources survey and site evaluation of proposed corridor widening segments of US 27/SR 1 in Troup, Heard, and Carroll counties, Georgia between October 1995 and January 1996. The proposed corridor is 28.1 miles long and 250 feet wide.

The Navy Supply Corps School DISCS) is an important naval training center located in Athens, Georgia. The NSCS was moved to Athens in 1953 due primarily to the availability of the state's old Normal School campus.

Phase II archaeological testing was conducted at site 9RO97, in Rockdale County, Georgia. A previously conducted survey indicated that the site may contain remains of a late nineteenth to early twentieth century rural Georgia farmstead.
